Tariffs

Hourly rates vary depending on the complexity of the task, and each project costing will be agreed with the client before work is commenced. Monthly rates are available as appropriate. Detailed and transparent timesheets will be kept throughout each task. Additional peripheral costs (paper, toner etc) may be charged in addition to the hourly rate if the task requires a large amount of consumables.

Confidentiality

All work undertaken will be kept fully confidential and any excess paperwork will be shredded at the close of the project.

No information on your work or company will be disclosed to anyone without your consent.

Liability

My work is accurate and I check it for errors before despatch, but please note that final proof reading is the responsibility of the client and The Virtual Office cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
